clients and organizations, and encouraging them to purchase our products or services. this individual leads the sales team,
identifies new business opportunities, and streamlines the sales process.
key responsibilities:
1 build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and regularly update them about new products and services.
2 identify new business opportunities and present our services to potential clients through meetings and presentations.
3 develop and implement effective strategies to achieve sales targets.
4 train and lead the sales team, and work towards improving their skills.
5 analyze market trends and competitors to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
6 maintain sales records, prepare monthly and quarterly reports, and present them to senior management.
7 collect customer feedback and work with the team to improve products/services based on this feedback.
qualifications and skills requirements:
 educational: graduation/post graduation/diploma
 experience: professional experience in building business relationships and b2b sales.
 technical skills: good microsoft office knowledge
 soft skills excellent communication and negotiation skills
compensation and benefits:
upto 1 lakhs inr per month
