Bansal Edible and Export Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dynamic and result-driven Sales Officers with experience in edible oil sales.
Location: Jammu City, Samba, Hiranagar, Kathua, Udhampur, Doda, Ramban, Kishtwar, Banihal, Reasi, Rajouri, Poonch
CTC: As per Industry Standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop sales in the assigned territory
Appoint, handle, and motivate distributors and retailers
Ensure KYC verification of all distributors and key clients
Handle payment collection and payment achievement as per company policy
Increase market penetration and brand visibility
Implement company schemes and promotional activities
Maintain proper records of sales, collections, and customer data
Coordinate with logistics and accounts for smooth supply and billing
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA Sales/Marketing preferred)
Experience:13 years' experience in FMCG sales
Mandatory: Experience in Edible Oil sales
Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good knowledge of local market and distributor network
Ability to achieve targets and handle pressure
Understanding of KYC process and payment follow-up
