As an Airport Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations at the airport. This position is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic and eager to provide exceptional customer y responsibilities include:nn1. Customer Assistance: Greet and assist passengers upon their arrival or departure, providing them with information and guidance as n2. Check-In Support: Help passengers with the check-in process, ensuring they have the correct documentation and assisting with baggage 3. Flight Information: Keep passengers informed about flight schedules, gate changes, and other important updates to enhance their airport 4. Problem Solving: Address any passenger inquiries or issues promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of customer excel in this role, candidates must have strong communication skills and a friendly attitude, as they will interact with diverse individuals from various backgrounds. Attention to detail is crucial for managing passenger information accurately and providing correct updates. A proactive approach and the ability to handle stressful situations will be valued in this fast-paced environment. Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not required, making this position suitable for both newcomers and those with up to five years of experience. A minimum education level of 12th grade is necessary for applicants. Expect a full-time work commitment at the office location in Haldwani.
