5. Communication Coordination: Work closely with other airport departments to relay information and ensure a seamless experience for guests.

- A minimum education level of 12th pass is required, along with a willingness to learn and grow in the role.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for effective guest interactions and teamwork.
