Job Title Academic Counsellor

Educational Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate Degree required

Experience: Freshers can apply

Job Location: Sector 62, Noida.

Office Timings: 10:30am 7:00pm (Fixed Shifts)

Job Description:

Engage with prospective students via phone, email to understand their academic background, career objectives, and learning preferences.

Evaluate students' academic records and recommending appropriate courses & offer them support, guidance, and resources to help students achieve their academic objectives.

Respond proactively to candidate queries, ensuring excellent customer service.

Generate leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and cold calling.

Maintain accurate data & keep records of student interactions.

Assist students with the enrolment process, including course selection, fee payment, and registration. Follow up with potential leads and encourage them to join the courses.

Staying informed about the latest trends, developments, and changes in educational standards and requirements

Essential Skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).

Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities.

Presentable Personality

Should be familiar with MS office
