Key Responsibilities:Customer Engagement:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.Sales Targets:Achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas on a monthly/quarterly basis.Upsell and cross-sell additional products/services to existing customers.Product Knowledge:Develop in-depth knowledge of the companys products/services to effectively communicate benefits and features to customers.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in any discipline.Proven experience of at least 1 year in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role.Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

Provide counseling and engage with both students and parents. Offer personalized support to students in selecting courses, navigating the application process, and meeting deadlines. Guide students through the documentation process required for applications.What were looking for: Strong spoken and written English skills. Experience in the EdTech sector is preferred. A graduate degree is required with no pending backlogs.
