Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dental Assistant to support our dental team in providing excellent patient care. The Dental Assistant will be responsible for assisting dentists during procedures, preparing treatment rooms, managing instruments, and ensuring patients feel comfortable throughout their visit.Key Responsibilities:Assist the dentist during dental procedures.Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment.Ensure treatment rooms are clean and well-organized.Take and record patient details, medical histories, and treatment notes.Provide pre- and post-operative instructions to patients.Manage appointments, patient flow, and chairside assistance.Maintain stock of dental materials and supplies.Follow infection control and safety protocols strictly

Extend a friendly and welcoming greeting to visitors and maintain a clean and tidy reception areaAnswer incoming telephone calls, emails, and messages and reply to or redirect themSet up meetings and update calendarsTake delivery of mail and sort and distribute themKeep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens , forms , paper etc.)Answer questions and address complaintsAnswer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messagesReceive letters , packages etc. and distribute themPrepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence , securing parcels etc.Check , sort and forward emailsMonitor office supplies and place orders when necessaryKeep updated records and files

Prepare Mock tests on a regular basis.Making teaching plans for the IELTS/PTE Program.Regular feedback and one-to-one discussions to assess the needs of students.Employ appropriate teaching and learning strategies to communicate subject matter to students.Modify, where appropriate, instructional methods and strategies to meet diverse students needs.Use available instructional technology, i.e. the Internet, projector, and interactive technology when appropriate.Develop and explain methods that fairly measure student progress toward obtaining their desired score.Develop and prepare updated lesson plans and standard course syllabus.

The process involves counseling the students for overseas education;Follow-up with the student, solving the student queries and handling the registrations.Filing the application forms (University) verifying, them and sending the same to the universities.Maintaining the data of all registered students and their Visa status etc.Counsel students and send them abroad for higher studies.Coordinating with students & universities abroad.Represent universities abroad.Identify skills, interests & career goals of the prospective students..Train & hire new candidates.Organizing marketing activities for promoting the company.Attending the university training & workshops.
