As an Immigration Consultant, you will assist clients with their immigration needs and guide them through the application process. Your role is essential in ensuring that individuals understand the requirements and procedures involved in various immigration pathways.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Client Consultations**: Meet with clients to discuss their immigration needs and objectives. This allows you to gather necessary information and outline the best options available to them.- **Application Preparation**: Assist in preparing and submitting immigration applications and documents. You will ensure that all paperwork is complete and accurate to minimize issues in processing.- **Research Immigration Policies**: Stay updated on current immigration laws and policies. This knowledge is crucial to provide clients with accurate and timely advice.- **Follow-up on Applications**: Monitor the status of submitted applications and keep clients informed about any updates or additional requirements, ensuring a transparent communication process.- **Provide Guidance**: Offer detailed information about visa types, requirements, and eligibility criteria, helping clients make informed decisions regarding their immigration status.**Required Skills and Expectations:**You should have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in a related field. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be interacting with clients frequently. Attention to detail is crucial to ensure all documentation is correct. Advise clients on suitable visa categories, conduct eligibility assessments, and convert leads into clients. Manage end-to-end immigration files, including collecting, reviewing, and submitting documents.Stay current with changing immigration laws, policies, and regulations in relevant countries.Verify document authenticity and ensure all paperwork is accurate and submitted within deadlines.Maintain proactive communication with clients, addressing concerns and providing status updates.Meet monthly sales targets for immigration services and maintain proper record-keeping.

Roles and Responsibility1. Minimum 2 years of experience in education counselling, preferably in overseas education.2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.3. Proficient computer skills, and Microsoft Office Suite.4. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students and parents.5. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
