The Immigration Consultant will be responsible for handling sales, immigration issues, visas, and providing consulting services. Communicating with clients and understanding their immigration requirements

Advise clients on suitable visa categories, conduct eligibility assessments, and convert leads into clients. Manage end-to-end immigration files, including collecting, reviewing, and submitting documents.Stay current with changing immigration laws, policies, and regulations in relevant countries.Verify document authenticity and ensure all paperwork is accurate and submitted within deadlines.Maintain proactive communication with clients, addressing concerns and providing status updates.Meet monthly sales targets for immigration services and maintain proper record-keeping.

Roles and Responsibility1. Minimum 2 years of experience in education counselling, preferably in overseas education.2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.3. Proficient computer skills, and Microsoft Office Suite.4. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students and parents.5. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
