Build and sustain strong relationships with suppliers and OEM vendors. Evaluate and onboard new vendors based on quality, service, delivery, and price. Schedule and track deliveries, ensuring timely supply chain operations. Monitor inventory levels in collaboration with warehouse and service departments. Resolve issues related to delays, discrepancies, or quality concerns. Stay updated with market trends, price movements, and vendor innovations. Travel to vendor locations and expos for sourcing and relationship building. Ensure compliance with procurement policies and maintain audit-ready records.
