A Master's degree is a plus. Experience of 6 to 10 Years of respective industry. Proven experience as a purchase manager or in a similar role within the synthetic resinindustry, specifically dealing with printing ink, adhesive, and construction chemicalsuppliers. In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices, sourcing strategies, and negotiationtechniques. Familiarity with synthetic resin materials, their properties, and applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-drivendecisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective vendor management andcross-departmental collaboration. Proficient in using procurement software and tools for purchase order management andinventory tracking.
