Purchasing:Identify reliable suppliers and source materials or products according to specifications.Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with vendors.Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions.Track and ensure on-time delivery of goods.Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels.Vendor Development:Identify and qualify new vendors based on cost, quality, capacity, and delivery criteria.Evaluate vendor performance using key metrics (price, quality, delivery, responsiveness).Conduct supplier audits and assessments in coordination with Quality and Technical teams.Work with vendors to improve performance, solve supply issues, and implement cost-saving initiatives.Develop long-term strategic partnerships with high-performing vendors.Coordination & Communication:Coordinate with internal departments (production, inventory, quality control, etc.) to understand procurement needs.Resolve supplier-related issues and complaints quickly and effectively.Maintain clear and regular communication with all stakeholders in the supply chain.

Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.Can write the mails officially.Control purchasing department budgets.To see that material should receive after 3 days as per the date of a purchase order.Test certificate all material needs to collect from a vendor.Daily stock in ERP as well as manually.To communicate with the Design & Planning department for stock & production future requirements.Any material comes to then make sure it should be released within the time frame.Apart from your work, management will give you work according to your ability.To develop a new vendor for better quality & delivery.To develop new sub-contractor for better quality & deliveryIdentify appropriate vendors with quality confirmation.Make vendor registration for new vendorsUpdate existing vendor list with necessary documents in a timely manner.
