The first center is planned in Jaipur followed with Mumbai, Delhi and KolkataJob Position: Clinic/ Unit HeadLocation: JaipurExperience Min 5 + years in healthcare (ONLY FROM IVF CENTER ) Miin 5 years in team handling position (IVF CENTER EXPERIENCE )Key Requirements Expert in analytics, logical reasoning and MIS Expert communication skills in English, Hindi Handled minimum Rs 2 Cr sales revenue per month Expert in customer interaction and conversion KRAs Ensure the process and protocols are implemented in the clinic Generate sales for IVF center and ensure the target achievement Work closely with marketing team to ensure online lead generation Work closely with leading doctors to get new patients Create awareness about the clinic/brand to ensure more footfalls Plan and implement events and activities in the clinic to increase footfalls Actively partner with brands etc. to create awareness about the clinic Conduct regular camps in the nearby areas to attract new customers Overall responsible for P&L of the clinic
