job position: clinic/ unit head

experience

• min 5 + years in healthcare (only from ivf center )

• miin 5 years in team handling position (ivf center experience )

key requirements

• expert in analytics, logical reasoning and mis

• expert communication skills in english, hindi

• handled minimum rs 2 cr sales revenue per month

• expert in customer interaction and conversion

• ensure the process and protocols are implemented in the clinic

• generate sales for ivf center and ensure the target achievement

• work closely with marketing team to ensure online lead generation

• work closely with leading doctors to get new patients

• create awareness about the clinic/brand to ensure more footfalls

• plan and implement events and activities in the clinic to increase footfalls

• actively partner with brands etc. to create awareness about the clinic

• conduct regular camps in the nearby areas to attract new customers

• overall responsible for p&l of the clinic
