Prepare Daily Route Plan (DRP) for withdrawal and loading, in consultation with Route LeaderPick-up cash based on bank wise indent and denominationPrepare cash receipt and take approval from Route LeaderComplete allocated site visits for loading or EOD on daily basisResolve the FLM (First Level Maintenance) issues within TATPunch all the required entries in Android device timely and accurately such as - withdrawal, loading, EOD, FLMPunch the counter entry in CBS and submit the same to Route LeaderInform Route Leader in case of any issue and enter the same in Android deviceSubmit the return cash to vault, in cases when loading could not happen due to unavoidable circumstancesPrepare CBR (Cash Balance Report) when mandatory as per SLA (e.g. for HDFC bank) and submit to Route LeaderCoordinate with the Reports team, as required, for mandatory customer reportsCITCollection of CIT bags, scratch cards, seal from Route LeaderEnter all CIT pick-up related updates in AndroidPick-up cash from beat customersDeposit the cash in bank for same day pick up or in the vault for next dayHandover the deposit slip for next day basis SLACoordinate with the customers for cash availability for cash pick-up

Laptop and Desktop installation & support, Email configuration and backup, Network issue, Printer installation and problem solving, Internet issue solving, User account creation for Active Directory, Exchange Mailboxes and VPN and remote dial-in users

- Help customers through a series of actions, via either phone, email or chat, until resolution- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration- Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams- Ensure all issues are properly logged in Bluberry Media's Helpdesk Portal.- Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time- Document solutions in the form of notes and manuals- Should be flexible with shifts- Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written- Good knowledge of network, Windows & Mac- Server/workstation Operating Systems, Printer and Scanner Installation and AD management- 2 to 3 years of experience in L1-Helpdesk / L1- Remote support- Proven work experience as an L1 Technical Support Engineer or IT Helpdesk Technician or similar role- Experience in helpdesk ticketing tool or any other service management tool- Good knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and standards- Certifications in mainstream vendor technologies will an advantage (eg: MCITP)- Working knowledge of Outlook configuration and MS 365.
