As an Application Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our software applications. You will work closely with users to resolve issues and enhance their experience. Your problem-solving skills and technical knowledge will be essential for success in this position.Key Responsibilities:- Application Monitoring: You will continuously monitor applications to identify potential issues before they affect users.- Issue Resolution: When users encounter problems, you will diagnose and resolve these issues promptly to minimize disruption.- User Support: Provide technical support to users, guiding them through troubleshooting steps and answering their questions.- System Maintenance: Regularly assist in maintaining and updating applications to ensure optimal performance and security.- Documentation: Create and update documentation related to support processes, common issues, and solutions for future reference.- Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to communicate user feedback and help improve application features.Required Skills and Expectations:You should have 3 to 6 years of experience in application support or a similar role. Strong troubleshooting skills are essential, along with a good understanding of software applications and their functionalities. Familiarity with databases and programming languages will be beneficial. Effective communication skills are necessary to interact with both technical and non-technical users. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new technologies are expected in this role.

Laptop and Desktop installation & support, Email configuration and backup, Network issue, Printer installation and problem solving, Internet issue solving, User account creation for Active Directory, Exchange Mailboxes and VPN and remote dial-in users

- Help customers through a series of actions, via either phone, email or chat, until resolution- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration- Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams- Ensure all issues are properly logged in Bluberry Media's Helpdesk Portal.- Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time- Document solutions in the form of notes and manuals- Should be flexible with shifts- Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written- Good knowledge of network, Windows & Mac- Server/workstation Operating Systems, Printer and Scanner Installation and AD management- 2 to 3 years of experience in L1-Helpdesk / L1- Remote support- Proven work experience as an L1 Technical Support Engineer or IT Helpdesk Technician or similar role- Experience in helpdesk ticketing tool or any other service management tool- Good knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and standards- Certifications in mainstream vendor technologies will an advantage (eg: MCITP)- Working knowledge of Outlook configuration and MS 365.
