Role & ResponsibilitiesTeam Management - Leading and managing the creative team across design, video, and strategy. Getting work done through people - setting clear expectations, timelines, and accountability.Quality Control - Reviewing all outgoing work - graphics, branding, films, social content - before it reaches the client. Maintaining creative and visual standards across every deliverable.Production Direction - Being present on set to lead creative direction. Making real-time decisions on composition, performance, styling, and execution to ensure the vision translates on camera.Creative Writing & Conceptualisation - Writing briefs, concepts, and campaign narratives. Comfortable going from idea to articulated direction that the team can execute against.Visual Eye & Error Detection - Spotting inconsistencies, errors, and quality gaps in visual output before they reach the client. The last line of quality defence.Cross-functional Leadership - Bridging strategy, design, and production. Ensuring all three teams are aligned on brief, timeline, and creative direction at every stage.Mentorship - Guiding junior team members, giving constructive feedback, and raising the overall creative standard of the team over time.What we're looking for:- 5+ years in a creative agency with at least 2 years in a leadership role- Has managed a team of designers, editors, or strategists- Strong visual instinct across design, production, and content- Comfortable on set, in client meetings, and giving direct feedback- Exceptional eye for detail and quality - the standard setter- Delhi based, office first

Role & ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Ideation - Developing brand strategies, PPM decks, and creative concepts aligned with client objectives and campaign goals.Client Servicing & Account Management - Owning day-to-day client relationships, managing accounts end-to-end, and acting as the primary point of contact for assigned brands.Shoot Management - Leading shoots on ground - coordinating with cast, crew, vendors, and models to ensure smooth execution from planning through delivery. Taking creative direction decisions on set.Pitching & New Business - Building and presenting pitch decks for prospective clients and supporting new business conversations from brief to proposal.Social Media Management - Planning social media calendars, overseeing content posting schedules, and ensuring consistency with brand strategy across platforms.Reporting & Follow-through - Tracking project status, timelines, and deliverables and keeping clients updated at each stage of execution.What we're looking for:- 2-4 years experience in a creative or digital agency- Has been on sets and understands shoot management end to end- Strong on strategy, copywriting, and client communication- Comfortable presenting and leading client conversations independently
