Handling existing customers for day today operation support & acquiring more business from their lead.Taking feedback for the service related issues if any & trying to resolve it on high priority. Generate new business opportunities by visiting new clients and generate new sales leads. Identify potential customers and register opportunities; relentlessly pursue realization of suchopportunities leading to revenue for the company. Increase profit by effective negotiation by developing coverage areas of business. Assisting the marketing manager and supporting the marketing team with marketing activities. Negotiate rates and contracts with transportation and logistics providers. Recommend optimal transport modes, routes or frequency.
