 ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

ï‚· Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice logistics vision, strategy, policies,

processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.

ï‚· Create and implement best practice logistics principles, policies and processes across the organization to

improve operational and financial performance.

ï‚· Handling existing customers for day today operation support & acquiring more business from their lead.

Taking feedback for the service related issues if any & trying to resolve it on high priority.

ï‚· Generate new business opportunities by visiting new clients and generate new sales leads.

ï‚· Identify potential customers and register opportunities; relentlessly pursue realization of such

opportunities leading to revenue for the company.

ï‚· Increase profit by effective negotiation by developing coverage areas of business.

ï‚· Assisting the marketing manager and supporting the marketing team with marketing activities.

ï‚· Negotiate rates and contracts with transportation and logistics providers.

ï‚· Recommend optimal transport modes, routes or frequency. Resolve problems concerning

transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports or customer issues

ï‚· Review impact of logistics changes, such as routing, transport modes, product volumes or carriers and

report results to others.

ï‚· Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify inefficiencies and cost optimization

opportunities.

ï‚· Coordinate with internal departments for proper support & improvement of the performance.

ï‚· Monitor Sales Target Vs Achievement Vs Collection Target & data presentation as per the management

requirement.
