Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts with transportation and logisticsproviders, ensuring cost-effective services without compromising on quality. Compliance: Ensure compliance with local and international transportationregulations and laws, including vehicle permits, licences, and insurance. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of transportation professionals,including drivers and logistics coordinators, to achieve operational excellence andcustomer satisfaction. Risk Management: Identify potential risks in transportation operations andimplement strategies to mitigate them effectively.
