If you speak and read Hindi, you can do this work.This is a FULL TIME IN OFFICE role at Rajnagar Colony, Uppal, Hyderabad. It is not work from home and not hybrid.Six days a week, Monday to Saturday, 9:30 am to 6:30 pm.Compensation is a fixed fresher band. It is stated openly before any interview is scheduled and it is not negotiable.About the workWe prepare subtitles, closed captions and audio description for Indian language shows on major streaming platforms. Your job is to check and correct caption files against the video and audio, in Hindi and English, until they are accurate enough to ship to a client.It is detailed, seated, screen and headphone work. A single episode takes sustained concentration for hours. People who enjoy careful, precise work and finishing things properly do well here. People looking for variety and constant movement do not.Role & responsibilitiesWhat you will doWatch assigned episodes and check every caption against what is spokenCorrect spelling, grammar, timing, line length and reading speedType corrections in Hindi and English (Hindi typed via Google Input Tools, no special keyboard required)Follow a written house style guide and a QC checklist without shortcutsFlag anything doubtful instead of guessingPreferred candidate profileWho we are looking forAble to read Hindi in Devanagari and judge whether a Hindi sentence is correct (essential, tested). Collaborate with healthcare providers to obtain accurate information for coding purposes. Ensure all codes are compliant with healthcare regulations and insurance requirements. Assist in maintaining accurate documentation and coding practices to meet healthcare standards. Communicate with the coding and billing departments to resolve discrepancies or issues. Stay updated with changes in medical coding practices and healthcare regulations. Educational Background: Nursing degree (RN, LPN, or related nursing qualifications). Certification (Preferred, but not required): Certification in Medical Coding (e.g., CPC, CCS) or willingness to pursue certification after employment.
