Communicate with the coding and billing departments to resolve discrepancies or issues.

Stay updated with changes in medical coding practices and healthcare regulations.

Educational Background: Nursing degree (RN, LPN, or related nursing qualifications).

Certification (Preferred, but not required): Certification in Medical Coding (., CPC, CCS) or willingness to pursue certification after employment.

Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy.
