Job Summary: Looking for a skilled Technician with a strong background in Telecom RF installation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the tower climbing, antenna height adjustment and telecommunication equipment installations and replacement.Key Responsibilities:Installation of telecommunications cabling and equipmentInstallation, relocation and removal of tower mounted equipmentWorking at heights on a range of telecommunications structures including poles, towers and masts to install antennas, feeders and ancillary equipmentErection and fixing of pole to facilitate the installation of telecommunications equipmentInstalling cable tray, conduits, antenna mounts, etc.Providing power to the equipmentsQualifications:Valid work height certificate like FARM TOCLI/Rise-Q is preferredProficiency in English/Hindi/Regional language for effective communicationBasic understanding of telecom infrastructure and tower-related operationsFamiliarity with safety protocols and equipment used during tower climbing
