Company: Cash Hand Finance Location: AgraPosition: Telecaller (Female)Employment Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain financial products & services (Loans, EMI, Insurance, etc.).Handle inbound queries from customers with professionalism and provide accurate information.Maintain customer database, update call records, and ensure follow-up with interested clients.Convince customers to avail financial services offered by the company.Coordinate with the sales & operations team for lead conversion.Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business.Requirements:Female candidates preferred.Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).Prior experience in Telecalling/Customer Service/Finance sector will be an added advantage.Good communication skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage).Confident, polite, and persuasive personality.Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Data entry).Salary & Benefits:Salary: 10,000 18,000 (based on experience + incentives).Attractive performance-based incentives.Training & skill development support.Growth opportunities within the company.Working Hours:10:00 AM 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
