This is a full-time position suitable for a female candidate with 0 to 1 year of experience, and a minimum education level of 12th pass. Responsibilities:Reach out to potential customers via phone calls to introduce Harold Premium Lights' products and services.Engage with customers to understand their lighting requirements and preferences.Showcase product features and benefits to potential customers in a persuasive manner.Generate sales leads and opportunities through effective communication and rapport building.Maintain a high volume of outbound calls to connect with over 100 customers per day.Quickly grasp product knowledge and industry insights to effectively address customer queries and concerns.Document customer interactions and update CRM systems with accurate and up-to-date information.Collaborate with senior sales personnel to facilitate deal closure and follow up on leads.Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives on a regular basis.Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and customer engagement strategies.Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of experience in tele sales, preferably in the lighting or home decor industry.Excellent proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written.Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.Disciplined work ethic with the ability to connect with over 100 customers per day.Quick learner with the ability to grasp product knowledge and industry insights rapidly.Ability to effectively communicate customer requirements and preferences to senior sales personnel.Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
