We need Tele marketing executive for making calls to our existing and new prospects. We are the manufacturer`s industrial electrical products.

Telesales Executive Responsibilities:1)Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.2)Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue.3)Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.4)Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.5)Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.6)Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.

A telecaller is someone who calls potential students, or leads and sells them products or gathers information. Telecallers use a variety of methods including cold calling, answering service

Outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities/ secondary data sources. To fix up appointments with prospective customers. Ensure that the maximum number of appointments should be made for a month. Scheduling appointments for venue sales and direct sales out of these calls. Retention percentage should be monitored on a regular basis. Ensure quality of appointments provided to the sales.
