Overseeing the installation of Lifts/Elevators. Responding to mechanical failures and system malfunctions. Installing and testing electrical systems. Servicing and maintaining machine parts. Repairing or replacing system parts. Oiling and greasing moving parts. Carrying out safety checks. Supporting customers through technical and administrative activities. Understanding customer needs and concerns. Preparing and submitting service reports. Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively. Keep the customer informed regarding the condition of his equipment and preventive and corrective repairs. Able to handle and guide the technical team. Performing regular maintenance tasks such as greasing bearings and lubricatingmovingparts

We are looking for a resource for a short term project

Be an integrated part of core Application team and build basic understanding on all Principal products.Look at the RFPs and identify the Principal products we can quote against various RFPs.Look up portals and advise commercial team to download relevant tenders. Getting Authorisation Letter from Principals-either directly or via overseas office.Coordinate with all the stakeholders (internal) for the timely responses on technical aspects, as and when required.Maintaining customer part nos (BEL, HAL...) with respect to our part no (MPN). Managing / Updating New Enquiry Tracking List.Preparation of Monthly reports to Principals such as K&L, Polezero... with help of corresponding app group member. To create part number from specifications for Principals like INMET, JFW. Sample requests and Maintaining sample inventory details. Getting update on EIU/ EIE / principal Inventory List periodically. i.e. once in a Quarter.Opportunity tracking/ Quote tracking / updates.Five-year forecast update.Tour report actions.

Good understanding of social networks like Facebook, LinkedIn, Quora and other Onlinegroups along with web forums postings Excellent Knowledge on IT Industry for selling Data centre, Cloud Infrastructure services Excellent verbal and written communication skills and Convincing Power Has built strong relationships with enterprise set of customers across various businessverticals Experience in handling domestic and international clients Has a consistent track record of delivering on the agreed plans Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day Innovative approach to the market is the key in this role Ability to manage details information, overall flexibility and efficient work habits Strong Interpersonal/Analysis skills along with quick and target oriented individual

Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Explain about our trainings courses by understanding the need of the clients & generate and convert the leads into Sales. Follow up calls for clients in pipeline. Candidates having prior experience in sales/outbound calling/business development/educational sales background/voice process will be given preference Candidates having experience into admissions/ student counselling, selling educational courses or training will be given preference Negotiate/close the deals. Maintain good relationship with new & existing clients. Result oriented & achieve the given targets. Excellent English communication skills & active listening skills & confident and soft spoken.
