Oiling and greasing moving parts.

Carrying out safety checks.

Supporting customers through technical and administrative activities.

Understanding customer needs and concerns.

Preparing and submitting service reports.

Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively.

Keep the customer informed regarding the condition of his equipment and preventive and corrective repairs.

Able to handle and guide the technical team.

Performing regular maintenance tasks such as greasing bearings and lubricatingmovingparts
