�� overseeing the installation of lifts/elevators.

�� responding to mechanical failures and system malfunctions.

�� oiling and greasing moving parts.

�� carrying out safety checks.

�� supporting customers through technical and administrative activities.

�� understanding customer needs and concerns.

�� preparing and submitting service reports.

�� communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively.

�� keep the customer informed regarding the condition of his equipment and preventive and corrective repairs.

�� able to handle and guide the technical team.

�� performing regular maintenance tasks such as greasing bearings and lubricating�moving�parts
