Key Responsibilities:Indent Reconciliation:Verify indent quantities against actual material receipts and quantities used on site, ensuring accurate material tracking and usage. BOQ Reconciliation:Compare and reconcile BOQ costs with actual project expenses, identifying variances and discrepancies. Cost Reconciliation:Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records, ensuring accuracy and completeness of cost data. Financial Reporting & MIS:Assist in preparing financial statements and reports, ensuring accurate reflection of reconciled data & Preparation of MIS Statements periodically. Audit Support:Provide documentation and explanations to support internal and external audits.

The candidate must be willing and able to work in field roles across Pan India.Should be physically fit to handle fieldwork responsibilities.Must have working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.Should be able to communicate effectively in Hindi and English.Minimum qualification: Diploma or ITI in a relevant field.

Applicant to go on surveys of open vacant lands situated on main/connecting roads and perform a measurement survey with the help of tape and also to survey the road (on both sides of proposed land) to mark and note the road features on a provided survey form. Also the land details along with google location is to be assessed on site.
