Quantity Surveyor || Freshers & Experienced

We are looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Walls Asia Architects And Engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

Price and forecast the cost of different materials needed for the project

Manage finances for construction projects - houses, high-rises, bridges, or tunnels

Work to keep the project on time and within budget

Ensure construction costs and production are managed efficiently

Identify, analyze, and develop responses to commercial risks

Track changes to design and/or construction work, adjusting budget projections accordingly

Prepare and analyze costing for tenders

Analyze outcomes and write detailed progress reports

Assist in establishing client requirements

Requirements:

Creative and innovative approach to problem-solving

Strong numeracy and financial management skills

Ability to learn sophisticated design and costing software packages

Minimum 1 year experience in civil engineering (preferred)

Fluent in English (required)
