To focus on indent, BOQ (Bill of Quantity), and cost reconciliation this includes verifying indent quantities against actual material receipts, reconciling BOQ costs with project expenses.

Key Responsibilities:

Indent Reconciliation:

Verify indent quantities against actual material receipts and quantities used on site, ensuring accurate material tracking and usage.

BOQ Reconciliation:

Compare and reconcile BOQ costs with actual project expenses, identifying variances and discrepancies.

Cost Reconciliation:

Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records, ensuring accuracy and completeness of cost data.

Financial Reporting& MIS:

Assist in preparing financial statements and reports, ensuring accurate reflection of reconciled data& Preparation of MIS Statements periodically.

Audit Support:

Provide documentation and explanations to support internal and external audits.
