We are looking for a diligent Construction Estimator to join our team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will help prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for building projects, ensuring that all factors are considered before the work begins.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Cost Estimation**: Analyze project blueprints and specifications to estimate the total cost of materials, labor, and other expenses required for construction projects.

- **Bid Preparation**: Develop comprehensive bids that include quantities, costs, and timelines for the construction work, ensuring competitive and accurate pricing.

- **Material Sourcing**: Research and identify suppliers for materials, obtaining quotes, and negotiating prices to keep project costs within budget.

- **Collaboration**: Work closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to clarify project scope and accurately estimate costs while considering any design changes.

- **Documentation**: Maintain organized records of estimates, bids, and contracts, ensuring that all information is readily accessible and up-to-date for review and reference.

- **Market Research**: Stay informed about market trends, materials costs, and construction techniques to provide the most accurate estimates.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- A degree in Architecture or Engineering is required.

- Strong analytical skills to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.

- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients effectively.

- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office applications is beneficial.

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

- Willingness to learn and grow in the field, especially for candidates with 0-6 years of experience.
