We are expanding rapidly and looking for a strong, self-driven leader to join us as our first senior hire and help build the business from the ground up.ROLE OVERVIEWThis is a ground floor leadership opportunity. As our Business Development & Operations Lead, you will be responsible for independently acquiring new clients through social media and professional networks, sourcing experienced IT professionals and trainers, and managing junior team members as we grow. You will work directly with senior management and have full ownership of your targets.This role is perfect for someone who is hungry, ambitious, smart, and wants to grow fast with a company that rewards results.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESClient Acquisition: Independently identify and reach out to potential clients on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other platforms Join and actively engage in relevant IT and business groups to generate leads Convert leads into paying clients - own the full sales cycle Follow up on proposals and close deals Build and maintain strong long term client relationshipsTalent Sourcing: Source experienced IT professionals, trainers and specialists for client requirements Screen and shortlist candidates based on client needs Build a strong talent pipeline across DevOps, AI/ML, Java, .NET, Cloud and other domains Manage relationships with candidates and ensure smooth placementsTeam Management: Monitor and guide junior staff on daily tasks and targets Ensure team productivity and quality of work Train junior members on processes and tools Report team performance to senior managementOperations: Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude etc.) to automate and speed up daily work Maintain client and candidate trackers Support management with proposals, documentation and reporting Be active and responsive on Zoom during CST working hoursREQUIREMENTS 2-4 years of experience in IT staffing, business development or recruitment Proven track record of independently acquiring clients or placing candidates Strong LinkedIn presence and knowledge of social media outreach Excellent written and spoken English communication skills Comfortable and experienced using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude etc.) Own laptop with stable internet connection (mandatory) Based in Hyderabad, Telangana or Andhra Pradesh Ability to work night shift aligned to US Central Standard Time (CST) Natural leader with the ability to manage and motivate a team Highly trustworthy, self-motivated and results driven Must be available and active on Zoom during working hoursNICE TO HAVE Prior experience working with US based clients or companies Knowledge of IT domains - DevOps, AI/ML, Cloud, Java, .NET Experience managing a small team Existing network of IT professionals or clientsWHAT WE OFFER Salary: 25,000 - 30,000 per month based on experience Performance commission on every client and placement you bring in Work from home - no commute Company email and all tools provided Direct exposure to US clients and global projects Be the FIRST senior hire - massive growth opportunity As the company grows, so does your role and compensation Performance based salary increments every 6 monthsCOMMISSION STRUCTUREIn addition to your base salary, you will earn commission on results: Every client you bring in - earn a % of the first month's revenue Every successful placement - earn a bonus per placement Top performers will be fast tracked to senior leadership rolesExact commission structure will be discussed during the interview based on experience and targets.HOW TO APPLYSend your resume and a short note on why you're the right fit to:Email: contact@primekeytech.comSubject: Application - Business Development & Operations LeadWhatsApp: +1 (469) 392-6095Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
