The ideal candidate should have 2 to 4 years of relevant experience. **Key Responsibilities:**- **Patrolling the premises:** Regularly walk through the assigned area to monitor activity and ensure safety.- **Monitoring CCTV cameras:** Keep an eye on security cameras to identify any suspicious activities and respond quickly when necessary. - **Controlling access:** Check and verify the identification of individuals entering the premises to prevent unauthorized access. - **Reporting incidents:** Document and report any accidents, disturbances, or suspicious behavior to the management promptly.- **Assisting visitors:** Provide directions and assistance to guests, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment.- **Maintaining security equipment:** Ensure all security tools are functional and report any malfunctions immediately.**Required Skills and Expectations:**- Must have completed at least 10th grade education.- Candidates should have experience as a security guard, demonstrating knowledge of security protocols and procedures.- Strong observational skills are essential for identifying unusual behavior and responding accordingly.- Good communication skills are needed to interact effectively with visitors and team members.- Reliability and punctuality are needed to maintain safety at the workplace consistently.- A physically fit candidate is preferred, as the role involves regular walking and standing.
