We are looking for a dedicated Supply Chain Officer to join our team in Kharkhoda. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain processes and will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of goods from suppliers to customers.Key responsibilities:- Manage inventory levels: Monitor stock levels to ensure there is enough product available to meet customer demand while minimizing excess inventory costs.- Coordinate with suppliers: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and negotiate favorable terms.- Oversee logistics: Plan and manage the transportation of goods, ensuring they arrive on time and in good condition.- Analyze supply chain performance: Gather data and metrics to assess the efficiency of the supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement.- Process purchase orders: Handle the creation and tracking of purchase orders to ensure that inventory levels are maintained.- Support the sales team: Collaborate with the sales department to forecast demand and align inventory with sales predictions.Required skills and expectations:- Strong analytical skills to assess supply chain data and make informed decisions.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.- Familiarity with supply chain management software and inventory management systems.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks efficiently.- Problem-solving skills to address any supply chain challenges that arise.Candidates must be male and possess a Bachelor's degree (B.A).
