Urgent Requirement For Supply Chain Coordinator

We are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to manage and improve our supply chain processes at our Kharkhoda location. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 8 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage inventory levels: Ensure that stock levels are maintained at optimal levels to meet customer demands while minimizing excess inventory.

- Coordinate shipments: Oversee the scheduling and tracking of shipments to ensure timely delivery of goods from suppliers to customers.

- Monitor supplier performance: Evaluate supplier performance regularly to ensure they meet quality, cost, and delivery standards.

- Analyze data: Use data analysis to identify trends in supply chain operations and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

- Collaborate with teams: Work closely with sales, logistics, and production teams to ensure alignment in supply chain activities and resolve any issues promptly.

- Maintain records: Keep accurate documentation of supply chain activities, including inventory, shipping schedules, and supplier contracts.

Required skills include:

- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and tasks effectively.

- Excellent communication skills to interact with suppliers, team members, and customers.

- Proficiency in supply chain management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Analytical thinking to assess data and make informed decisions.

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
