The Store Manager is a key figure in ensuring the overall success and efficiency of the store. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in retail or jewellery sales, or have worked in a shop-in-charge position.Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet and exceed targets. Deliver excellent customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Manage inventory, oversee stock replenishment, and minimize product loss or shrinkage. Collaborate with departments like marketing and accounts for store-related initiatives.
