Oversee the overall store operations and ensure smooth functioning on a day-to-day basis

Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service

Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction

Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock audits, and place orders to replenish stock as needed

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations

Requirements:

2-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or related industry

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs

Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, coach, and mentor employees
