We are looking for a dedicated Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our retail location in Shibpur, Howrah. This role is ideal for individuals with 0 to 5 years of experience and requires at least a 12th-grade education.

As a Store Manager, you will ensure smooth operations, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Manage Daily Operations**: Oversee all store activities, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure efficiency and smooth functioning.

2. **Team Leadership**: Supervise and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service, and foster a positive work environment.

3. **Inventory Management**: Monitor stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks, and place orders to keep the store well-stocked.

4. **Sales Monitoring**: Analyze sales data to identify trends and implement strategies to boost performance and meet sales targets.
