Responsibilities:Customer Service & Sales:Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products.Understand customer needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations.Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing.Actively engage customers to drive sales and achieve individual/store targets.Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and minor complaints professionally and efficiently.Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business.Store Operations & Maintenance:Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for billing, processing payments (cash, card, UPI), and handling returns/exchanges.Accurately manage cash transactions and reconcile daily sales.Assist in opening and closing procedures of the store.Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards of the sales floor, trial rooms, and storage areas.Ensure all products are neatly displayed, correctly priced, and adequately stocked on shelves.Report any maintenance issues, security concerns, or significant customer complaints to the Store Manager.Inventory & Stock Management:Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming merchandise.Participate in regular stock counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy.Identify fast-moving and slow-moving items and communicate findings to the Store Manager.Assist in managing stock levels and replenishment to prevent out-of-stock situations.Team Collaboration:Work effectively as part of the store team to achieve collective goals.Support colleagues with tasks as needed to ensure overall store efficiency.Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.Communication:Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, colleagues, and supervisors.Fluency in Marathi and Hindi is essential for interacting with the local customer base. Good English proficiency is a plus for understanding product details, internal communications, and serving diverse customers.
