Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Overall supervision of performance of QC officers, QC supervisors & Hygiene supervisors.Monitoring the CCPs and OPRPs and documentation of the same.Ensuring plant sanitation and pest control programs.Training to different level of employees on HACCP, GMP, GHP.Preparation of Weekly Shift schedule of QC officers, QC supervisors & Hygiene supervisors.Assisting in Vendor audit.Assuring RM & PM inspection before unloading.Timely procurement of hygiene chemicals, protective gears and cleaning accessories for the plantcleaning.Maintaining Data log of customer complain.JD inclusions :-FSMS and has Lead auditor certificate along with experience in FSMS implementation,-Candidate from Beverages /Dairy and other streams can be considered provided they aware ofFSMS( Food Safety Management System)Key Result Areas:Statistical process control of FGs.100 % compliance of CCPs and OPRPs.Zero pest incidence in the plant.Personal Attributes:Good presentation skills & written and oral communication skillsStrong Leadership skillsHigh level of integrity and characterDesire to succeed in a competitive environmentStrong customer service focusTeam builder installing trust and respectSolid interpersonal skills and ability to build long term relationships and trust
