1.Supervise and monitor all finishing works including plastering, painting, tiling, flooring, ceilings, joinery, and other interior and exterior finishes.Ensure all finishing activities are executed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations.2.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other site teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.3.Inspect completed works to ensure they meet quality requirements and specifications.4.Prepare daily progress reports and report issues to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.5.Attend site meetings and provide updates on finishing work status.6.Ensure proper material usage and minimize waste on site.7.Enforce site safety rules and ensure that all finishing workers follow safety protocols8.Identify and rectify defects or snags during and after the completion of finishing works.
