Experience: Minimum 4 year PLC programming in a System House/ system integrator, as a PLC programmer.Industrial Experience Nature : Must be Working with Any System Integrator Of Above mention PLC Brand, NO Maintenance & Machine Tool Builder Line Experience will be considered.Key Skill:- PLC PROGRAMMING PREFERANCE IN MITSUBISHI, ALLEN BRADELY, SIEMENS.MUST HAVE GOOD HOLD IN PLC, HMI / GOT, SCADA PROGRAMMING, VFD PROGRAMMING.Advance programming like all communication, protocol, RS 232, 485, Ethernet, Ether-cat, Modbus, and Profi-net etc. Programming of Servo Motors, Robot, CNC.Roles and Responsibilities:Develop Machine Logic / Program in PLC as per defied requirement, Panel Testing, PLC I/O Testing, Trouble shouting.Study panel drawing & suggest changes if req.Testing of Machine at factory.Installation of machine at Site.Commissioning of machine at site.Prepare Documentation of Control & Ladder drawing.Prepare Flow Chart.Open for travelling.

- PLC SCADA Software Development for Large Systems- Preparation of Functional Design and Detailed Design Specifications- Co-ordination with Electrical IT teams- Testing, commissioning troubleshooting of the systemQualifications: - PLC Controls development for Baggage / Parcel Logistics projects- Advanced Knowledge of SIMATIC S7 PLC System (Simatic Manager TIA Portal); SIMATIC SCADA System (WinCC WinCC Flexible) is a must- Needs to have experience in PLC programming using Statement List, SCL, and Structured Text- Should have an experience in programming with S7 pointers/ indirect addressing- Should have knowledge of Industrial protocols like Profibus, Profinet, Modbus, etc. - Should be capable of reading electrical drawings, system layouts material flow diagrams- Willingness to travel anywhere in India abroad
