Job title- PLC Programmer

Location: Delhi NCR / Ghaziabad

Experience: 2-5 Years

Roles & Responsibilities

Understand and analyze clients' electrical and mechanical automation requirements.

Develop and modify PLC programs based on machine and process requirements.

Read, interpret, and understand logical flow diagrams, electrical drawings, and control schematics.

Design and prepare 2D/3D drawings and layouts as required for automation projects.

Develop and test PLC programs using automation equipment to ensure reliable and safe operation.

Perform PLC troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and corrective actions during machine operation and commissioning.

Supervise and support the installation, commissioning, and integration of PLC-based systems at client sites.

Modify, maintain, and optimize existing PLC programs as per machine requirements.

Coordinate with Electrical, Mechanical, Engineering, and Production teams for smooth project execution.

Support machine testing, trial runs, commissioning, and performance verification.

Identify automation-related issues and provide effective technical solutions.

Maintain proper documentation of PLC programs, modifications, and project-related technical details.

Qualification & Skills

./ in Electrical Engineering

Strong hands-on experience in PLC Programming and Industrial Automation.

Good understanding of PLC logic, control systems, and automation processes.

Ability to read and interpret electrical/control drawings and logical flow diagrams.

Experience in PLC troubleshooting and commissioning.

Good understanding of electrical and mechanical machine interfaces.

Willingness to travel to client sites whenever required.
