We are looking for a skilled Computer Operator to join our team in Faridabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing computer systems and executing tasks to support operations while working from home.Key Responsibilities:- Data Entry and Management: Accurately input and organize data in computer systems to ensure information is easily retrievable and maintained.- System Monitoring and Maintenance: Regularly check the performance of computer systems to identify any issues and ensure smooth operation.- Report Generation: Create and distribute reports based on data analysis to assist in decision-making processes.- Technical Support: Provide support to team members for computer-related issues, troubleshooting and resolving problems as they occur.- Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain clear and organized documentation of procedures, policies, and technical issues to assist with future reference.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates must possess at least three years of experience in a computer operator role. A degree in B.A, B.C.A, or B.B.A is essential. Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office, is required, along with strong typing skills for efficient data entry. The successful candidate should exhibit excellent communication skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are crucial for ensuring accuracy in tasks.
