As a CNC Operator in Bidadi, Bangalore, you will be responsible for operating computer numerical control machines to produce precision parts. Your key responsibilities include setting up machines, loading materials, adjusting tools, monitoring the production process, and inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. You will also be required to troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production.The ideal candidate should have 1-5 years of experience in CNC operation and hold an I.T.I. qualification. Key Responsibilities:- Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs (G-code) for CNC Turning and Machining Centers based on engineering drawings and specifications.- Ensure precise machining of parts and optimize programs for improved productivity and accuracy.- Work closely with machine operators to ensure proper program execution and troubleshoot programming issues.- Validate programs by performing test runs and making adjustments as needed to ensure part quality.- Maintain documentation of programs and work instructions for future reference.- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to meet production standards and resolve technical issues.- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality protocols in programming and operations.Requirements:- Proven experience in CNC programming (Turning or Machining Centers) with strong knowledge of G-code.- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks, AutoCAD).- Experience with machine setup and troubleshooting.- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize programs for machine efficiency and quality.Qualification:- Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
