Job Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day store operations including stock movement, material handling, and billing.Manage and maintain store inventory with accuracy and timely updates.Ensure proper implementation of FIFO (First In, First Out) method for stock management.Perform stock reconciliation (physical vs. system) and resolve discrepancies.Handle billing operations and maintain proper documentation.Prepare and maintain records, reports, and stock registers.Work on Tally ERP for billing, stock management, and reporting.Coordinate with purchase, production, and accounts teams for smooth material flow.Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain discipline within the store.Key Skills & Requirements:Graduation in B.A , B,COM and management related field.Strong knowledge of store management & inventory control in plastic industry.Hands-on experience with Tally ERP.Good understanding of FIFO system & reconciliation process.Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to work independently and handle manpower efficiently.
