About the RoleAamby Valley Limited is seeking a seasoned and proactive Senior Security Manager to lead and oversee our comprehensive security operations at Aamby Valley City. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic security measures to ensure the safety and security of our residents, guests, staff, and property.Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive security program that adheres to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.Oversee all security personnel, including security guards, access control specialists, and emergency response teams.Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential risks.Implement and maintain state-of-the-art security technology, including CCTV systems, access control systems, and fire alarms.Manage security budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures for various situations.Investigate security incidents and breaches, ensuring thorough documentation and reporting.Liaise with law enforcement and other relevant authorities as needed.Foster a culture of security awareness and vigilance among staff and residents.Qualifications:Minimum 15 years of experience in a senior security leadership role within a large organization, preferably in the hospitality, township or property management sector.Proven track record of success in developing, implementing, and managing security programs.In-depth knowledge of security best practices, risk management principles, and emergency response procedures.Strong understanding of relevant security laws and regulations.Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and decision-making skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Maximum age of 45 years.Preference will be given to Ex Army man.Contract and Compensation:

Position Overview: Controlling overall Safety, Health & Environment department work of the factory.Roles & Responsibilities:1. To support implementation safety & Health policy of company. 2. To assist the management in complying with current health and safety legislation and/or regulations.3. To develop & implementation of safety procedures.4. To increase health and safety awareness at all levels within the organization through training.5. Lead accident/incident investigation and preparation of CAPA report. 6. To conduct internal Audit 7. To conduct, as necessary, the safety inspection of any Board facility.8. To respond to fires and other emergencies on or about the companys property.9. To comply objectives discussed with management.10. To coordinate the training of personnel in areas of safety, including first aid, CPR, firefighting, accident prevention and investigation, work place inspections and other matters related to implementing safety procedures in organization.11. To coordinate the companys emergency procedures and act as the Boards emergency on-site coordinator.12. To develop, review, and update appropriate sections of the CSTLs Emergency Procedures Manual.13. To conduct HAZOP study together with project & production department for any new processes/products introduced in the company. 14. He may exercise emergency authority to prevent or stop unsafe acts when immediate action is required.15. Responsible for identification of environmental aspects & Impacts & identification of Hazards & Risk.16. Implementation of work permit system follows strictly.17. To stop all unsafe act & unsafe conditions observed.18. Ensure that change control process is strictly followed.19. Ensure safety audit, safety walk through observations are in compliance.Qualifications & Experience Required: 1. B.E./ B. Tech. (Chemical), / B.Sc. / M.Sc. 2.
