The Mechanical Production Engineer is responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process from start to finish, ensuring products are produced efficiently and meet quality standards. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer or Electrical Project Manager to oversee electrical installation and commissioning works across our project locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling electrical systems for construction or industrial projects, with proven experience in MEP-focused roles. The position requires hands-on supervision, technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate across various teams to ensure timely and quality project execution. The candidate must possess strong team leadership capabilities to manage and guide site engineers, technicians, and support staff throughout project lifecycles.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of engineers, supervisors, and site staff to effectively execute all electrical works on site.Ensure the team performs assigned responsibilities with a focus on quality, safety, and timely delivery.Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of key power infrastructure including transformers, HT/LT panels, DG sets, and substation components.Conduct erection of double-pole structures and transformer substations in accordance with site requirements.Oversee underground and overhead cable laying activities in alignment with approved project drawings while accommodating site-specific conditions.Manage reconductoring and replacement of HT/LT lines, installation of new double pole structures, and erection of spun poles.Inspect and supervise all cable termination and identification work to ensure quality and accuracy across internal and external wiring systems.Ensure effective communication and collaboration between engineering teams, site staff, and management to maintain smooth workflow and resolve issues promptly.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in electrical installation, testing, andcommissioning within construction or industrial environments.M.Tech in Electrical Engineering is preferable but not mandatory.Proven ability to lead and manage teams in a project execution environment.Strong knowledge of MEP systems, site execution practices, and electrical safety standards.Demonstrated leadership, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Plan & Prepare strategies for project execution. To lead labours/vendors and team members for getting the work done at site. Monitor Project progress & ensure strict timeframes To solve issues that arises at site Manage Inventories of stock at site Coordinate with Vendors to ensure that all materials reach to site on time Manage & coordinate with both internal & external team members to ensure everything ison track Daily & weekly report submission and presentation with vertical head on work progress To update client on the work progress. Should conduct daily/weekly/monthly meetings with vendors to monitor the work progress& address the issues. To carry out necessary approvals and co-ordination with department/customer. To prepare the inventory required for on going work and upcoming work as per the schedulewith purchase department. Maintain drawings, measurement book, inventory list
