Job Description

scope : over all operation of the project from conceptual stage till completion/ handing over in all aspects by driving the projects function through planning, monitoring, estimation, budgeting and execution of projects by co- coordinating with architect, contractors, pmc consultants, vendors, etc.

key deliverables & accountability :

· project –conceptualization, scope and objective planning, designing, scheduling, work plans, management, risk management, operational excellence, cost-effective solutions, estimates, resource plans, financial controls, governance, completion and status reports.

· appropriate, relevant, timely communication cascade to all the project stakeholders

· development and retention of key talent.

· building relationships with the project stakeholders.
