Responsibilities of Restaurant Manager1. Hire, train, and supervise outlet employees2. Ensure appropriate staffing3. Create staff schedules4. Responsibilities of Shift Manager1. Leads Crew Members and directs all daily operations of the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager including supervising and training employees, opening and closing the store, ensuring all food preparation is complete, managing employee breaks and shift changes, and completing shift summary reports.2. Motivates and coaches Crew Members, and assists in the training of new Crew Members.3. Excels in performing all Crew Member4. Works as a team player to support other employees in completing their tasks.5. May assist Restaurant Manager in day to day operations with tasks including scheduling, ordering, and team development.6.
