Ground Staff Duties and Responsibilities1. Ground Staff are responsible for ensuring passenger safety and comfort in both flight and ground operations.2. They play a crucial role in the aviation sector, undertaking a wide variety of tasks from administrative to manual labor.3. Assist passengers during check-in, boarding, and deplaning4. Load and unload luggage and other cargo to and from the aircraft5. Handle passenger inquiries about flight schedules, travel routes, and other flight-related issues6. Perform inspection of the aircraft before and after flights for safety7. Ensure the aircraft is clean and tidy for the passengers8. Provide first aid and support in case of emergencies9. Coordinate and manage supplies of food and beverages for flights10. Help passengers with special needs, like the elderly, children, or those with disabilities11. Work with various aviation teams to ensure flight operations run smoothly12. Manage and operate airport equipment and vehicles13. Adhere to airport safety regulations and procedures
